I have finally succeed to download emote movie maker 
It is really a fun program, but it 's little a bit difficult when everything is in Japanese.
But after a few hour I succeed to make a small animation c:
but....I don't know how I can upload it on deviantart )X
So...maybe I can't upload it, because I don't know how T^T....just now I feel a little bit down...
I have read deviantarts FAQ and sought on google how to upload but...I didn't found so much...but I'll keep searching
